Production & Processing Time At Banana Goes, we work with a sustainable "Print-on-Demand" model. This means every item is printed specifically for you after you place your order. We don't hold inventory, which helps us reduce waste and protect the planet.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your item to be printed, quality checked, and packed.

  • Shipping: Once production is finished, your order will be shipped immediately. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Estimates We offer fixed shipping rates for transparency. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Belgium, Netherlands & Germany: €5.95

    • Free shipping on orders over €100

    • Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days (after production)

  • Rest of Europe: €9.95

    • Free shipping on orders over €100

    • Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days (after production)

  • USA & International: €19.95

    • Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days (after production)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues.

Customs, Duties and Taxes For orders within the European Union, no extra duties apply. For international orders (outside the EU, e.g. USA, UK, Switzerland), Banana Goes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Issues If your item arrives damaged or with a print error, please email us immediately at info@bananagoes.com with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement for you right away.
